Mahon CRM terms of service
These terms apply when you access or use Mahon CRM. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Accounts and organizations
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and use only organizations and records you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate team roles.
2. Permitted use
You may use Mahon for lawful internal business activity. Do not use it to violate law or third-party rights, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, probe accounts without authorization, or use outreach features without the permissions and consent required for the recipient and channel.
3. Your CRM data
You retain your rights in data you submit. You authorize Silver Owl Studio and the configured providers to process that data only as needed to operate requested features, secure the service, handle billing, and comply with applicable law. You must have authority to upload contacts and connect external systems.
4. AI and provider-backed features
AI drafts, enrichment, search, forecasts, and other generated material can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. Provider-backed features depend on configuration and availability from xAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Azure, Notion, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, or another provider explicitly connected by an authorized user.
5. Outreach consent
Do not treat CRM data as permission to contact a person. Where Mahon provides a consent-link workflow, the recipient must affirmatively follow that link before the application records consent and an enabled call workflow proceeds. You remain responsible for applicable marketing, privacy, telemarketing, and recording rules.
6. Plans and billing
Mahon currently publishes Free, Pro at $39 per month, and Agency at $99 per month. Paid checkout and subscription management use Stripe. No annual discount or paid-plan trial is promised here. The hosted checkout and portal show the billing controls currently available for a subscription.
7. Availability and changes
The service and provider-backed features are offered as available. No uptime SLA, uninterrupted operation, error-free output, data-recovery guarantee, compliance certification, or fitness for a particular result is promised by this page. Features and terms may change; material changes will be published through an appropriate product or account notice.
8. Suspension, closure, and contact
Silver Owl may restrict access needed to address security, unlawful use, nonpayment, provider failure, or legal requirements. To request account closure or ask about these terms, contact legal@silverowl.dev. Obligations concerning fees, authorized data processing, and misuse can survive closure where applicable.
