Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately and your new limits take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. We'll never charge you twice for the same period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
Your data is safe. You'll keep read access to everything. You just won't be able to add new contacts beyond the Free limit until you upgrade again.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes — the Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Team plan trials are available on request.
What counts as an AI enrichment?
Each time you click "Enrich" on a contact or company, that uses one enrichment credit. Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 20% off — equivalent to getting more than 2 months free. You can switch to annual from your billing settings at any time.
