Getting Started with Mahon

Get up and running in under 10 minutes. Here's exactly what to do.

Create your account

Sign up with your email at /auth/signup. You can also sign in with Google for one-click access. No credit card required for the free plan.

Create your organization

After signup, you'll be taken through a short onboarding wizard. Enter your company name, industry, and website. This creates your workspace and a default sales pipeline.

Import your contacts

Upload a CSV or paste from Google Sheets. Mahon auto-detects columns and maps them to the right fields. You can also import from Notion — see the .

Customize your pipeline

The default pipeline has 5 stages: Prospecting, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, and Closed Won. Rename them, reorder them, or add new ones — it's your process.

Invite your team

Go to Settings → Team and invite teammates by email. They'll receive a magic link to join your workspace.

Pro tip

Run the AI daily brief setup from Settings → AI Features. You'll get a morning email every weekday summarizing your top priorities, deals at risk, and overdue tasks.
